Our work depends on an Application Security Analyst joining our MATS team remotely to support the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) activities.

GDIT supports the Federally Facilitated Exchange (FFE) program with new functionality development for Plan Management, Eligibility & Enrollment (E&E), Financial Management, Marketplace Consumer Record, and other Marketplace Health Exchange functional areas. As an Application Security Analyst you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on an Application Security Analyst joining our team to design and deliver the technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement, from development to operations, shaping technology architecture during the solutioning process. You will implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, security, Site Reliable Engineering (SRE) and several other engineering disciplines around DevSecOps. You will analyze security solutions and test to ensure compliance with security standards.

Required Skills :

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of relevant hands-on DevSecOps experince
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Nessus Vulnerability Scanner, Linux, and SmartBear ReadyAPI
• 2+ years of hands-on experince with Application Security Testing
• Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks such as, but not limited to: SAFe, Scrum, Kanban
• Must be able to obtain Federal Public Trust clearance.
• Must have established residency in the United States at least three (3) out of the last five (5) years.

Preferred Skills:

• 1 or more recognized security certification(s)
• Exposure to Governance, Risk and Compliance tools and platforms
• Agile certification in SAFe Practitioner, SAFe Agilist, CSM or other agile certifications
• Healthcare Service Industry or Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) experience
• Experience working with JIRA and Confluence
• Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
• Strong organizational, attention-to-detail, multi-tasking, and time-management skills

The likely salary range for this position is $69,944 - $104,916. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
