General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) seeks a Security Analyst Associate to interface with Government agencies and partners, processing and validating personnel security information for USG approval. You will support Case Analysts, review backgrounds, and maintain confidential data across several databases.

The role requires TS/SCI w/Poly clearance and 0+ years related experience, with onsite work at customer sites in Chantilly, VA.

Responsabilités

• Interface between Government agencies and industrial partners for obtaining, processing, verifying, and disseminating personnel security information and access to programs for review and approval by the USG
• Provide accurate and timely operational and administrative support to Case Analysts and Adjudicators
• Review individual personal history statements and other documents for completeness for review and approval by the USG
• Maintain accurate personnel data in all files
• Update the Talon database
• Maintain confidentiality of assets and information pertaining to personnel security
• Learn various databases (Talon, Scattered Castles, DPRIS, SAVE, JPAS, DISS, State, CVS) for research tasks
• Complete Letters of Assignments (LOAs) for ISPs, highlighting areas of concern for investigators
• Keep daily metrics of work completed and notify management of noteworthy cases
• Provide QA reviews of background investigation reports and analyze cases per standards and SEAD 4
• Assist with scanning/uploading of background reports and digitization
• Assist with tracking priority cases per management requests
• Assist with PSD administrative support to meet ODNI timelines using Microsoft Office
• Assist with NAC checks from databases and provide NAC reports
• Handle daily inquiries from customers and stakeholders with strong service and tact
