Responsibilities

• Interface between Government agencies and industrial partners for obtaining, processing, verifying, and disseminating personnel security information and access to programs
• Provide accurate and timely operational and administrative support to Case Analysts and Adjudicators
• Review personal history statements and other documents for completeness for USG review and approval
• Maintain accurate personnel data in all files and update the Talon database
• Maintain confidentiality of assets and information pertaining to personnel security
• Learn databases (Talon, Scattered Castles, DPRIS, SAVE, JPAS, DISS, State, CVS) for investigations and Continuous Evaluation
• Complete LOAs for ISPs highlighting areas of concern for investigators to follow up
• Keep daily metrics of work and notify management on noteworthy cases
• Provide QA reviews of background investigation reports and analyze cases per standards
• Assist with scanning and uploading of reports to support digitization
• Track priority cases as requested by management
• Assist PSD with ODNI timelines and MS Office productivity
• Assist NACs from databases and prepare NAC reports
• Field daily inquiries from customers with strong customer service, judgement, and tact
