Job summary

Accord Technologies Inc. in Columbia, SC seeks an Intermediate Security Analyst for a 12-month hybrid W2 contract.

You will support enterprise cybersecurity operations with focus on DLP, insider risk management, and AI data security tooling, including Cortex and DSPM platforms. You will review alerts, analyze access to sensitive information, and collaborate with teams to resolve security issues while applying Azure AD/conditional access controls and security automation scripting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, IT, CS, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Security certifications such as Security+ or GIAC GSEC are required.
• 3+ years of support in enterprise cybersecurity operations.
• 3+ years hands-on with DLP, insider risk management, and DSPM for AI.
• 3+ years experience reviewing data-related security alerts and escalating incidents.
• Certifications: Microsoft SC100/SC200, CEH, or Associate CISSP.
• Experience with AI-driven security tools, Cortex and DSPM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise cybersecurity operations, including threat monitoring, incident response, and risk analysis.
• Work with data protection technologies such as DLP, insider risk management tools, and DSPM for AI.
• Review and triage data-related security alerts, analyze access and movement of sensitive information, document findings, and escalating incidents.
• Collaborate with technical and nontechnical teams to resolve security issues.
• Assist with AI‑driven security tools, Cortex, particularly DSPM platforms designed to manage sensitive data used by AI systems.
• Fine‑tune DLP policies, refine insider risk alerts, or support data governance programs.
• Apply familiarity with Azure security, identity‑based access controls, conditional access, and security automation or scripting.
