You will bridge security products and developers, owning end‑to‑end engagements from discovery to deployment while reducing friction for future teams. You will partner with product engineering to improve tooling, documentation, and onboarding flows, aiming for a self‑service adoption model as the product evolves.

Qualifications

• Experience in a systems administration, DevOps, SRE, or production services role.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix, shell scripting (bash), infrastructure tooling, and version control (Git).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high‑volume, concurrent portfolio of engagements across hundreds of teams.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand architecture, security posture, and blockers.
• Translate product capabilities into clear deployment plans for each environment.
• Track engagement progress, surface patterns, and elevate blockers as needed.
• Serve as a credible technical contact, summarizing outcomes for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product engineering to improve UX, onboarding, and automation.
• Advance self‑service adoption by eliminating manual touchpoints.
• Maintain lightweight documentation of status, decisions, and next steps.
• Help define and refine the adoption playbook as the portfolio scales.
