Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a Security Engineer to join the Security Engineering & Architecture team in Cupertino. You will design and operate services in the critical path for engineering, building AI infrastructure and tooling for high reliability, multi-region deployments, and cost controls.

You will collaborate with top security experts to implement security controls and observability, owning cross-organizational projects from conception to deployment.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science or 5+ years equivalent experience.
• Strong problem solving and logic in backend programming.
• Experience with building cloud services and distributed systems at scale.
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of cross-organizational projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate security services that sit in the critical path for engineering at Apple.
• Build and operate AI infrastructure and tooling for high reliability and scale.
• Provide security engineering expertise and leadership across Apple to create controls and observability.
• Solve security problems that do not have textbook answers through collaboration.
