Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking an Account Manager in Newark, NJ to manage assigned accounts and oversee security operations. This role includes client communications, staffing coordination, and performance oversight of on-site personnel.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in account management, a HS diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to train and mentor staff. Full-time schedule with standard office hours and site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
• Must have reliable communication and transportation.
• Must have at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Must have at least 1 year of scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

Schedule : Full Time | Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate : $78,000 - $82,000 annually

The Account Manager position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by managing the security services and related operations provided to an assigned group of smaller accounts including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision and training.

Key Responsibilities:
