You will lead a team on site, coordinate post orders, and drive service improvements while ensuring operational efficiency and strong client relations. This role emphasizes reliability, discipline, and the ability to manage dynamic security operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in security or related field.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead a large team and coordinate staffing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security services for assigned accounts and coordinate client service, issue resolution, and service improvements.
• Plan staffing, scheduling, post orders, and supervision to ensure operational effectiveness.
• Provide training and guidance to Security Supervisors and on-site staff.

• Ability to stand and walk up to 5 miles per day
