Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/locality and may be required.
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by implementing site-specific security procedures and access-control policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and maintain accurate access-control records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access-control concerns following established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, production areas, parking, and perimeter.
• Complete detailed reports and logs of visitor activity, access events, incidents, and observations.
