Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer in Napa, CA. The role emphasizes customer service while welcoming visitors, verifying identity, and guiding guests in office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

You will perform access control, patrols, incident response, and reporting. Requires work authorization in the U.S., HS diploma or GED, at least 1 year of security experience, and a valid BSIS Guard Card.

• Must be 21+ years old
• State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and 32hr BSIS trainings (can be obtained during hiring)
• HS diploma or GED proof needed

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure safety and protection of people and property

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Site Location: Napa, CA
• Schedule: Full-Time Day/Swing Combo Shift, Saturday-Sunday / 12:00pm-8:30pm & Thursday-Friday / 7:00am-3:30pm

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Officer

• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications for Concierge Security Officer

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• One year of security experience required
• Must be 21 + years old
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and an additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
