Job summary

Solutions Through Innovative Technologies, Inc. (STI-TEC) is seeking a Security Support Specialist to assist with PKI certificate work, badge and token issuance, and user account creation.

The role supports course managers and learners to complete in-processing requirements and coordinates with the agency Special Security Office when needed. The candidate will also potentially assist the Education Support Specialist if they have the required training and experience.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in security support functions.
• Ability to verify security clearances/access levels for personnel.
• Excellent oral communication skills; able to manage multiple time-critical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with PKI certificate creation/uploading, issue badges, network tokens, create student accounts, and issue computer log-ons.
• Support course managers and learners to complete in-processing requirements; coordinate with the agency SSO as needed.
• May support Education Support Specialist if trained and experienced.
