Job summary

Belcan is seeking a Security/Role-Based Access Design Lead for an Oracle Fusion Cloud migration project for a major Hampton Roads public utility. You will design security model, RBAC, SoD, and identity management in a public-sector setting.

Requirements include 7+ years of Oracle implementation experience with Fusion security design, and ability to serve as named Key Personnel on government proposals. On-site in Hampton Roads may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Oracle implementation experience (RFP minimum).
• Demonstrated Oracle Fusion security and RBAC design experience.
• Experience with SoD, identity management, and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to serve as named Key Personnel on a government proposal, including reference checks and client interviews.

You will serve as the named Security/Role-Based Access Design Lead, responsible for Oracle Fusion security, role-based access controls, segregation of duties, and identity management appropriate for a public-sector organization. To be considered, you will have 7+ years of Oracle implementation experience with Fusion security design.

Compensation:

We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $155K - $185K. Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
