Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and vendors while enforcing site access control policies at a utilities location.
• Monitor and control access to facilities, gates, and restricted areas by verifying credentials and visitor documentation.
• Maintain accurate access logs and issue/collect visitor badges or temporary credentials.
• Respond to access-related incidents and alarms following emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter unauthorized access and identify security concerns.
