Job summary

Lake Charles Memorial Health System is seeking a Security Administrator I - Access and Identity to implement and maintain security systems across the organization. You will prevent unauthorized access, respond to breaches, and drive security policies for hospital networks and cloud services.

In this role you will monitor firewalls, SIEM, and log data, participate in awareness training, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Information Security or related field.
• Security+ certification required.
• Ability to obtain SCI access.
• Experience with risk-based security assessments.
• Strong communication of complex security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain security systems to prevent unauthorized access.
• Monitor firewalls, web filtering, and log aggregation; run vulnerability scans.
• Participate in information security awareness and training.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and reporting to risk teams.
• Translate technical risks for diverse audiences.
