Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Securitized Private Credit Analyst at Associate/VP level in Columbus and New York. You will build relationships, assist portfolio managers, and help underwrite and close private ABF transactions across asset classes.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and travel between locations. You will draft memos, model credit, and monitor portfolio performance in a fast‑paced fixed income environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of origination, credit, and/or capital markets experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel between Columbus and New York locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with JPMorgan, issuers, bankers and partners.
• Assist PMs and the Investment Committee on portfolio positioning and processes.
• Provide market and borrower insights to aid underwriting and timelines.
• Support underwriting, structuring, pricing and closing of private ABF deals.
• Draft credit memorandums and build credit models for new transactions.
• Monitor surveillance and performance of existing portfolio transactions.
• Analyze collateral and financial statements as part of transaction analysis.
