Job summary

Responsibilities

• Enter transaction data from the front office into the ABCP system accurately.
• Run reports to validate data and submit for review.
• Process onboarding and data creation in ABCP Suite.
• Update invoice lists with terms for customer invoicing.
• Export, combine and email invoices to customers promptly.
• Process payments and offsetting entries; monitor funds.
• Handle monthly reporting, paydowns, fundings, interest and fees.
• Process adjusting entries when needed.
• Reconcile conduit checking account daily; assist audits.
