Job summary

MUFG Bank, Ltd. in Tampa, FL is seeking a Trade Finance Servicing Analyst to support daily back-office operations of the Standby L/C section and other Trade Finance products.

You will monitor L/C issuances, amendments, and related postings in Trade 360, ensuring accuracy and timely processing across front and middle offices. The role requires 3-5 years in banking with Standby LC experience, knowledge of UCP/ISP/URDG/ISBP, and comfort with Trade 360, GPP, BESS, and Hotscan systems.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of banking experience with 2-3 years of Standby LC operations experience.
• Knowledge and experience in processing SBLCs and billing/fee invoices.
• Experience in SBLC draft reviews and technical support is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience of transaction processing in Trade 360 System, GPP, BESS and Hotscan Systems is a plus.
• Sound knowledge of UCP, ISP, URDG and ISBP.
• Experience and background in Commodity Financing and Project Finance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Workflow Management: Monitor daily Standby L/C Section operations and supervise workflow.
• Verification: Review L/C and Amendment Queues in Trade 360 System and ensure timely processing.
• Quality Control and Customer Service: Provide system support and guidance to staff and customers; resolve inquiries.
• Staff and Performance Management: Supervise workflow assignments and assess team performance.
• Compliance: Enforce bank compliance policies including OFAC/BSA/AML/JFEL and internal procedures.
