Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking an Associate, Securitization in New York, NY. This hybrid, full-time role supports due diligence and real estate analysis for CMBS securitization transactions, including conduit deals and CRE CLOs.

You will review financial statements, rent rolls, third-party reports, and lease data; compile data tapes; and prepare market and asset summaries for credit memos. A bachelor’s degree and 3–6 years CMBS securitization experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, real estate, or business.
• 3+ years of CMBS securitization experience.
• Strong Excel and cash flow modeling skills.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support underwriting and closing of CRE loans or securitizations.
• Review financial statements, rent rolls, reports, leases, and title reports.
• Populate loan terms, property data, and cash flows into data tapes.
• Prepare market and property summaries from third‑party reports.
• Coordinate with clients and manage securitizations.
