Job summary

Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank (Crédit Agricole CIB) in New York seeks a securitization analyst to assist in execution and management of transactions funded in the ABP/ABC conduits and bank balance sheets. You will model credit risk, support structuring, and coordinate with clients and law firms.

Role requires 0-2 years in banking with strong Excel/VBA skills, English fluency, and knowledge of securitization. French language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in banking or securitization.
• Knowledge of corporate banking and credit products.
• Fluency in English; French language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare credit analysis including financial modelling of portfolio performance.
• Structure and execute securitization transactions in ABA/ABC markets.
• Negotiate key terms with clients, lawyers and banks.
• Monitor transaction performance and flag covenant issues.
• Prepare cash flow models at renewal to confirm ratings.
• Prepare client presentations and pitch books.
• Coordinate transaction booking processes.
