Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related majors with a scheduled graduation before the start date.
• Overall GPA of 3.5 or above.
• Strong interest in finance and capital markets.
• Proven analytical ability, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Solid leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Superior written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to commit substantial time and energy to the program.

Responsibilities

• Support senior bankers through the transaction lifecycle across debt and equity issuances.
• Collaborate with teams across Consumer Products, Financial Institutions, Energy, Manufacturing, and Home Builders.
• Join a 2-year Analyst Program with formal training and on-the-job mentoring.
• Work across Debt Capital Markets, Securities Underwriting, Investment Banking, Sales & Trading, and Real Estate Capital Markets groups.
