The ZCM 2-year Analyst Program offers a unique experience to join a rapidly growing platform and team. The program offers the opportunity to maximize Analysts’ potential in these early professional years, providing foundational knowledge, skills, and experiences that will last a professional lifetime. Analysts will immediately take an active role within their team (while completing a formal training program), working alongside seasoned banking professionals to successfully meet the needs of our clients.
As a Debt Capital Markets Analyst, you will support senior members of the Syndicated & Leveraged Finance team in the origination, structuring, pricing, marketing and execution of syndicated (multi-bank) credit facilities. Analysts play a critical role in transaction execution and gain broad exposure to credit markets and lender behavior.
Throughout the program, Analysts gain exposure to market trends, loan documentation, lender engagement and transaction execution, while developing strong analytical, communication and project-management skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
