Qualifications

• FINRA Series 99 required.
• At least five years of experience in securities settlements or related areas.
• Knowledge of the securities settlement lifecycle.
• Experience resolving unmatched trades, failed settlements, discrepancies, and corporate-action issues.
• Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive transactions and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Validate and process securities transactions through internal and external settlement platforms.
• Monitor trades through settlement and resolve unmatched, failed, or delayed transactions.
• Coordinate with counterparties, custodians, clearing firms, and internal departments to address discrepancies.
• Process trade corrections, account allocations, and security movements.
• Support settlements across equities, fixed income, mutual funds, structured products, options, and Treasuries.
• Monitor margin-related activity and escalate as needed.
• Investigate rejected transactions and pricing discrepancies.
• Review accounts for unresolved positions and complete end-of-day follow-up.
• Prepare and distribute settlement-related reports to internal teams.
