Zusammenfassung

Performance Trust Capital Partners, a Chicago-based investment bank, seeks an Analyst for Trade Operations, Settlements. The role focuses on end-to-end FCU and collateral margin processes, client inquiries, and strengthening cross-functional collaboration within Clearing and Settlements.

The candidate will work 7:45 a.m.–5:15 p.m. CT, with strong emphasis on accuracy, communication, and process improvement to support timely settlements and high-quality client service.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business
• Excellence in written and oral communication
• Strong attention to detail and accountability
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and familiarity with financial markets and instruments

Aufgaben

• Own and lead the daily FCU process end-to-end
• Own and lead daily collateral margin management under FINRA Rule 4210
• Identify, research, and communicate FCU and collateral margin discrepancies; coordinate resolution with counterparties, clients, and internal teams
• Maintain and continuously improve process documentation and checklists for FCU and collateral margin management
• Manage multiple customer and business line inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Monitor and action open items per daily task tracker and process guide
• Support general email, reporting, and ad-hoc business processes daily
• Build and maintain internal and external relationships; deliver excellent client service
• Proactively identify issues and propose solutions in day-to-day operations
• Provide timely updates and escalations to the team manager
• Cross-train with other areas within Clearing and Settlements
• Align with the settlements team manager on new tasks as the department expands
• Perform other duties as required
