Job Summary

As a Vice President on the Onboarding Product Development team, you will lead the delivery of complex internal product development initiatives with a strong data component. You’ll run multi-workstream programs end-to-end—owning scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, risks, and governance—in a hybrid (Agile + plan-driven) environment. You’ll partner with Product, Operations, Technology, and Business stakeholders to ensure predictable delivery and measurable outcomes.

Job Responsibilities
  • Own program planning and execution across multiple workstreams for internal applications.
  • Translate product strategy and requirements into integrated plans, milestones, and dependency maps.
  • Operate effectively in a hybrid delivery model (Agile execution + traditional governance/reporting).
  • Build and manage program budgets (forecasting, tracking, variance management, and trade-offs).
  • Establish governance: operating cadence, executive updates, RAID (risks/assumptions/issues/dependencies), and change control.
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders; surface decisions needed and provide clear options/recommendations.
  • Coordinate releases and readiness (definition of done, acceptance criteria, cutover plans where applicable).
  • Continuously improve delivery practices, templates, and metrics to increase transparency and predictability.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • 7+ years of program/project management experience delivering product or technology programs.
  • Experience delivering in a hybrid (Agile + Waterfall) environment.
  • Hands‑on experience with Jira, Smartsheet, and MS Project for planning and tracking.
  • Demonstrated budget responsibility, including forecasting and ongoing financial tracking.
  • Strong data fluency (e.g., working with data engineering/analytics teams; understanding data quality, pipelines, governance impacts).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive‑ready status reporting.
  • Experience delivering internal applications (enterprise workflows, operational tools, platforms).
  • Certifications: PMP/PgMP, CSM/SAFe, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Program planning, dependency management, and critical path ownership
  • Stakeholder management and facilitation
  • Risk/issues management (RAID) and change control
  • Budget tracking and delivery trade‑offs
  • Outcome‑based delivery and continuous improvement
