Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an associate with at least two years of securities litigation experience to join its Litigation and Trial Practice Group in Boston, MA. The role focuses on securities and M&A litigation, with opportunities to engage in SEC matters and high-stakes disputes.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with clients to develop litigation strategies, manage multiple matters, and pursue excellence in advocacy and drafting. Juris Doctor and MA bar admission are required.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and admission to the MA bar.
• At least two years of securities litigation experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in securities class actions and derivative litigation.
• Handle M&A litigation, including breach of fiduciary duty suits and corporate control disputes.
• Engage in SEC and regulatory enforcement matters.
• Defend accountants and professional liability cases.
• Collaborate with clients to develop litigation strategies.
