BCG Attorney Search is seeking an associate with at least two years of securities litigation experience to join its litigation and trial practice group in Austin or Houston, Texas. The role involves working on complex securities and M&A litigation matters, providing an opportunity to engage in high-stakes disputes and regulatory enforcement cases.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of securities litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in securities class actions and derivative litigation.
• Handle M&A litigation, including breach of fiduciary duty suits and appraisal actions.
• Engage in SEC and regulatory enforcement matters.
• Defend accountants and professional liability cases.
• Collaborate with clients on corporate governance and stockholder demands.
