Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in securities class actions and stockholder derivative suits.
• Participate in M&A litigation, including breach of fiduciary duty and corporate control disputes.
• Engage in SEC and regulatory enforcement matters.
• Support accountants' and professional liability cases.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on trial preparation and strategy.
