VCG Attorney Recruiting is seeking a mid-level associate for its Corporate, Securities, and M&A group in South Florida. The role involves handling corporate transactions, capital markets work, and M&A matters with immediate substantive involvement on active deal teams.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of firm experience in a genuine corporate/M&A practice, demonstrated deal reps, strong time management, and client-facing polish in a lean, mentorship-focused environment.

Formación

• 2–5 years of corporate/M&A practice at a firm.
• Demonstrated deal experience including due diligence and drafting.
• Strong time management in lean deal teams.
• Client-facing polish and responsiveness to sophisticated clients.

Responsabilidades

• Own discrete workstreams within transactions (due diligence, drafting/reviewing documents, closing mechanics, schedules).
• Interface directly with clients under partner supervision.
• Coordinate with tax, employment, IP teams as deals require.
• Operate with minimal oversight on routine tasks while escalating judgments as needed.
