Sivadconsulting is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with 2–5 years of experience to join a top plaintiff securities litigation firm in Boston, MA or San Francisco, CA. You’ll support attorneys on high-profile securities class actions, helping build factual foundations of complex cases in a collaborative setting.

Ideal candidates have strong writing and proofreading skills, experience with e-discovery tools like Relativity or Everlaw, and a true undergraduate degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (undergraduate not paralegal-only)
• 2–5 years of litigation experience, preferably securities/antitrust/class actions
• Strong writing, proofreading and organizational skills
• Willingness to work in-office 3 days/week (Tue–Thu)
• Stable work history with genuine interest in plaintiff-side work

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in all phases of securities litigation, including cite checking, fact checking, and proofreading legal documents
• Conduct legal and factual research to help build the factual aspects of cases
• Manage document review and e-discovery using Relativity or Everlaw
• Assist with marketing duties including completing RFPs from government entities
• Coordinate and track complex motion filings in federal and state courts
