We are seeking a Securities Litigation Associate with 6+ years of experience to join our team. You will take a leading role on complex matters, including federal securities class actions, derivative litigation, M&A‑related disputes, SEC investigations, enforcement actions, and internal corporate inquiries. You will draft key pleadings and briefs, manage discovery, oversee workstreams, interact directly with clients, and contribute strategically to case strategy and execution.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of securities litigation experience at a large law firm or comparable environment
• Significant experience with securities class actions, shareholder or derivative litigation, or SEC/regulatory matters
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Experience managing complex matters and leading specific workstreamsAbility to work collaboratively across teams and interface directly with clients
• Sound judgment, professionalism, and commitment to delivering high‑quality work
