The Securities and Exchange Commission's Division of Enforcement, Office of Market Intelligence (OMI) seeks a General Attorney (Securities Attorney) in Washington, DC.

You will assist OMI with identifying, analyzing, and evaluating allegations of possible securities-law violations based on Tips, Complaints and Referrals (TCRs), SARs, and other data, preparing written analyses and findings, and recommending potential further action.

Qualifikationen

• J.D. or LL.B. degree required and bar membership in good standing.
• Active membership of the bar in any U.S. state, DC, or Puerto Rico is required (proof before entry on duty).
• Three years post-J.D. experience with at least two years analyzing complex legal issues and conducting investigations related to securities law.
