Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience at an AM Law 100 firm in corporate, securities, capital markets and M&A.
• Experience handling debt and equity offerings, M&A transactions, and SEC compliance/reporting.
• JD degree and admission in good standing in IL, NY, DC or FL.

Responsibilities

• Contribute on debt and equity offerings and related securities work.
• Assist in M&A transactions and SEC compliance and reporting.
• Engage in client-facing activities, business development and shareholder interactions.
