You have at least 3 but no more than 5 years of meaningful experience in mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, capital markets, or Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs) while working at a midsize or large law firm. With strong academic credentials and writing, analytical, and communication skills, you approach your work with a productive and positive attitude. You are admitted to practice and in good standing with either the DC or New York Bar.
