Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP seeks an associate to join its securities group in New York. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years' experience in mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, capital markets or SPACs at a midsize or large law firm, and is admitted to practice in NY or DC with strong writing and analytical abilities.

We Know You

You have at least 3 but no more than 5 years of meaningful experience in mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, capital markets, or Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs) while working at a midsize or large law firm. With strong academic credentials and writing, analytical, and communication skills, you approach your work with a productive and positive attitude. You are admitted to practice and in good standing with either the DC or New York Bar.

In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for performance bonuses and benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans, and paid time off.
