Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. in Maryland seeks a Secured Credit Communication Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison for real estate valuation services related to commercial loans. You will track CRE appraisals using Collateral 360 and coordinate external reviews with a 3rd party vendor.

The role requires familiarity with commercial lending processes, strong communication, and accuracy in inputting information into Finance Center. Proactive problem-solving and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in Commercial Lending field.
• Familiarity with commercial real estate appraisals a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary liaison between the Real Estate Valuation Group and those utilizing Commercial Real Estate appraisal services within the Bank.
• Tracks commercial real estate appraisals ordered on behalf of the Bank using Appraisal Management Collateral 360 software.
• Reviews status of real estate appraisals and communicates issues and information requests.
• Orders and coordinates external Commercial appraisal reviews through our 3rd party vendor.
• Uploads appraisal reviews and inputs information in Finance Center.
• Assists the closing team and reviewers with completion of checklists in Finance Center.
• Problem solves or routes issues to appropriate staff member.
• Escalates issues to Team Lead or Department Manager as needed.

SUMMARY:

Responsible for being the primary point of contact between those ordering real estate valuations for property proposed as collateral for commercial loans and the staff of the Real Estate Valuation Group.

• Serves as the primary liaison between the Real Estate Valuation Group and those utilizing Commercial Real Estate appraisal services within the Bank.
• Tracks commercial real estate appraisals ordered on behalf of the Bank using Appraisal Management Collateral 360 software.
• Reviews status of real estate appraisals and communicates issues and information requests.

• Continually develops and maintains a basic working knowledge of appraisal rules and regulations,
• Other duties as assigned.

Banking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in the Bank's policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

The wage range for theSecured CreditCommunication Coordinatorposition is $23.50 - $26.50 per hour. The position includes17days of PTO (Paid Time Off), 5 days of STD (Short Term Disability), 11 annual paid holidays and 1 float holiday.

High school diploma or (GED)

Minimum of two years related experience in Commercial Lending field including Commercial Lending processing or Commercial Lending operations.

Familiarity with commercial real estate appraisals a plus

Familiarity with commercial loan documentation a plus.

Ability to read, understand, and interpret Federal appraisal regulations preferred.
