Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years' experience in Commercial Lending.
• Familiarity with commercial real estate appraisals is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between the Real Estate Valuation Group and those utilizing commercial appraisal services within the Bank.
• Track commercial real estate appraisals ordered for the Bank using Appraisal Management Collateral 360 software.
• Review status of real estate appraisals and communicate issues and information requests.
• Order and coordinate external commercial appraisal reviews through third-party vendors.
• Upload appraisal reviews and input information in Finance Center.
• Assist the closing team and reviewers with completion of checklists in Finance Center.
• Communicate with senior management, other bank officers, and vendors.
• Maintain professional demeanor when dealing with vendors and other departments.
