Responsibilities include tracking orders, reviewing appraisal status, and assisting the closing team with documentation. Strong knowledge of appraisal rules and proficiency in MS Office are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years related experience in Commercial Lending field.
• Familiarity with commercial real estate appraisals a plus.
• Familiarity with commercial loan documentation a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Liaises between the Real Estate Valuation Group and users of appraisal services.
• Tracks appraisals ordered for the Bank using Collateral 360.
• Reviews appraisal status and requests information as needed.
• Coordinates external commercial appraisal reviews with vendors.
• Uploads reviews and inputs data in Finance Center.
• Assists closing team with checklists and documents.
• Escalates issues to Team Lead or Dept. Manager when required.
• Communicates with management, officers, and vendors.
