Job summary

RTX is seeking a detail‑driven Logistics Technician in Camden, AR to support material movement and inventory accuracy. You will work in a fast‑paced environment handling SAP/PRISM transactions, perform cycle counts, and ensure timely material flow to production floors.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and adherence to safety and compliance with DoD-related clearance requirements. Onsite work with robust benefits and relocation not provided.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent with some related work experience.
• Able to obtain and maintain security clearance as required.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing or logistics environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Move materials within SAP/PRISM and monitor orders.
• Validate inbound and outbound shipments against documents.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Collaborate with engineering, production control and support teams.
• Follow safety instructions and detailed work procedures.
• Handle material using proper equipment and housekeeping standards.
• Record transactions with precision and ensure timely material flow.
• Perform physical validation of materials on the production floor.
• Support general logistics tasks and process improvements.
• Maintain effective communication to resolve issues quickly.
