Job summary

Dell Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Manager for aFederal Customer in Chantilly, VA.

This on-site role requires active TS/SCI clearance and will manage receiving, storage, issuance, and shipment of mission equipment and materials in a secure environment. The position emphasizes inventory control, asset accountability, and procurement coordination across day-to-day program operations, with leadership for junior staff and collaboration with engineering and field teams to meet mission-critical material

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, procurement, or asset management operations.
• Experience with inventory systems, ERP tools, or warehouse tracking platforms.
• Strong understanding of asset control, shipping/receiving, and materials handling processes.
• Ability to work onsite in a secure or controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage receiving, storage, issuance, transfer, and shipping of program equipment and materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory and asset accountability records across warehouse and field operations.
• Provide leadership for junior team members, ensure status and risks are communicated to appropriate stakeholders, and support program reporting and deliverable requirements.
• Coordinate procurement requests, order tracking, and vendor follow-up activities
• Support material planning and replenishment to meet operational demand
• Conduct cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy resolution
• Prepare logistics status updates, inventory reports, and exception reporting
• Ensure compliance with site procedures, safety standards, and security requirements
• Partner with program, engineering, and field teams to prioritize mission-critical material needs.
