Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate- Union to join our Operations team in Santa Clarita. You will handle, move, and store client records and information, while following security and safety procedures.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and working a Monday–Friday schedule. We offer competitive pay at $25.19 per hour, PTO, and union benefits, with a background check and drug screening after an offer.

Qualifications

• Physical job requiring repetitive motions and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Execute secure material handling, including loading, unloading, moving, weighing, and sorting items to ensure efficient workflow.
• Securely manage records by moving boxes up to 50 pounds and assisting with pallet wrapping and transport.
• Maintain compliance with security guidelines and a clean, safe work environment.
