Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate- Union to join our Operations team in Santa Clarita. You will handle, move, and store client records and information, while following security and safety procedures.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and working a Monday–Friday schedule. We offer competitive pay at $25.19 per hour, PTO, and union benefits, with a background check and drug screening after an offer.

Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate- Union to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the secure and physically demanding handling, movement, and storage of client records and information.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

• Execute secure material handling, including loading, unloading, moving, weighing, and sorting a variety of items, to ensure efficient workflow.
• Securely manage records by moving boxes, weighing up to 50 pounds, on and off shelving and carts, often requiring the safe use of a ladder. Use wheeled carts and pallet jacks, and collaborate with team members to wrap pallets for safe transport.
• Ensure compliance with physical security guidelines, maintaining the security of customer information and a clean, safe work environment.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience and comfort with a physical job that involves repetitive motions, frequent climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, pushing, reaching, and pulling.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and sustain physical activity throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail to accurately follow procedures and maintain the security of confidential records.
• Effective reading, writing, and communication skills in English.

What We Offer (Benefits)

• Rate: $25.19 per hour.

Reasonably expected salary range: $44,300.00 - $55,400.00

Please note that an employee’s starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. WhereState, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
