Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate- Union to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the secure and physically demanding handling, movement, and storage of client records and information.

This position supports a union work culture and involves lifting up to 50 pounds, plus routine movement of boxes, palletizing, and collaboration with teammates to ensure safe transport while maintaining security and a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with a physical job involving repetitive motions and climbing.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and sustain activity during shifts.
• Strong attention to detail to protect confidential records.
• Effective reading, writing, and communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Execute secure material handling, including loading, unloading, moving, weighing, and sorting items.
• Securely manage records by moving boxes on/off shelving and carts, using a ladder when needed.
• Use wheeled carts and pallet jacks; collaborate to wrap pallets for safe transport.
• Maintain compliance with security guidelines and a clean, safe work environment.
