Job summary

Curately AI, Inc. is seeking a mid to senior-level Business Analyst / Power Platform Developer to support inventory governance, SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate initiatives.

You will collect and validate asset data, collaborate with global laboratories, and build scalable solutions to improve visibility, data quality, and compliance. The role involves designing SharePoint sites and dashboards, developing Power Apps for inventory updates and attestations, and creating Power Automate

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analysis and stakeholder management experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online development.
• Experience with IT asset management, inventory governance, or CMDB processes.
• Familiarity with Entra ID, Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Active Directory.
• Experience supporting laboratory, manufacturing, R&D, or other regulated environments preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, IT asset management, SharePoint site administration, Power Platform development, or related technology roles.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, or related certifications are a plus.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and drive deliverables to completion.
• Experience gathering requirements and managing stakeholders across multiple business functions and locations.
• Experience reconciling and validating data across enterprise platforms.
• Experience supporting laboratory, manufacturing, engineering, quality, or R&D environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and maintain inventory information from laboratory owners, site leaders, and IT support teams.
• Partner with global laboratories to identify technology assets, ownership, and support needs.
• Establish and maintain an inventory of laboratory technology assets for security, lifecycle management, and compliance.
• Cross-reference inventory data against enterprise systems to identify discrepancies and gaps.
• Design, build, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, lists, dashboards, and reporting for inventory management.
• Develop Power Apps solutions for inventory view, update, and certification processes.
• Create Power Automate workflows for inventory submissions, approvals, and attestations.
• Develop reports and dashboards to monitor asset ownership, lifecycle, and compliance progress.
• Document business requirements, data definitions, and operational processes.
• Train laboratory owners and site representatives in inventory tools and certification processes.
• Collaborate with IT, Cybersecurity, EUC, and Infrastructure to support Secure Lab objectives.
