Job summary

Cherokee Federal is seeking a Financial System Administrator for on-site work at Shaw AFB, SC. The role requires US citizenship and an active Secret clearance to support the Comptroller Squadron with financial applications and IT assets.

Responsibilities include configuring workstations, maintaining ABSS/DEAMS/DTS, SharePoint content, IA duties, and coordination with help desks. Minimum HS diploma, 1–3 years IA experience, Security+ CE, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and DoD financial

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of IA technology experience or related fields.
• IA Technician Level I Security+ CE is required.
• Experience with ABSS, DEAMS, DTS, and IAPS financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain staff workstations across locations.
• Apply patches and configuration changes to ensure security.
• Serve as IAO for Comptroller Units and coordinate with desks.
• Maintain SharePoint and other portals for financial materials.
• Troubleshoot financial applications (ABSS, DEAMS, DTS).
• Collaborate with helpdesks and DoD technical authorities.
