Job summary

ITC Digital Solutions is seeking a seasoned Web Developer to support mission-critical federal systems. You will design, implement, and optimize scalable web apps using C#, .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, Blazor, and React, while ensuring security and performance.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile SAFe environment, integrate APIs, manage databases, and implement secure coding practices to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional web development experience.
• Solid background in CS/Info Systems/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in C#, .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, and frontend with JavaScript/TypeScript (React).
• Strong API development and integration experience; SQL Server knowledge.
• Familiarity with secure coding, vulnerability remediation, OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect, and Git.
• CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments; security certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+) preferred.
• Experience with EF Core, IIS, Windows Server, and federal cybersecurity standards advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable web applications for federal standards.
• Build responsive UI using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and related frameworks.
• Develop, test, and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services for enterprise apps.
• Optimize SQL Server data models and data access layers for performance.
• Troubleshoot across UI, API, database, and hosting layers; ensure security in lifecycle.
• Implement authentication/authorization with standard identity technologies; contribute to CI/CD.
• Collaborate in SAFe Agile environment; leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery.
