ITC Digital Solutions is seeking a seasoned Web Developer to support mission-critical federal systems. You will design, implement, and optimize scalable web apps using C#, .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, Blazor, and React, while ensuring security and performance.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile SAFe environment, integrate APIs, manage databases, and implement secure coding practices to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional web development experience.
• Solid background in CS/Info Systems/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in C#, .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, and frontend with JavaScript/TypeScript (React).
• Strong API development and integration experience; SQL Server knowledge.
• Familiarity with secure coding, vulnerability remediation, OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect, and Git.
• CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments; security certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+) preferred.
• Experience with EF Core, IIS, Windows Server, and federal cybersecurity standards advantageous.

Qualifications

Familiarity with secure coding practices, vulnerability remediation, and identity management protocols like OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect is required. Candidates should also have experience with source control tools like Git, automated deployment pipelines, and CI/CD processes. Certification in security, such as CompTIA Security+, or the ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire, is preferred. Additional experience with frameworks like Entity Framework Core, IIS, Windows Server, and federal cybersecurity standards will be advantageous.
