Job summary

Qualifications

• US Citizens required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain clearance.
• Minimum two years of custodial experience.
• Experience near senior government officials is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, restrooms, common areas, elevators, kitchens, locker rooms, and a fitness center; perform sanitizing, dusting, mopping, glass cleaning, and vacuuming.
• Restock paper products and soap; replenish sanitizers.
• Spot-clean walls; remove scuffs and stains.
• Empty trash and recycling; manage cigarette receptacles.
• Perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly deep cleaning tasks (e.g., floor scrubbing, power washing, window cleaning).
• Adhere to custodial cleaning schedule; mix, use, and store chemicals per instructions.
• Store and sanitize equipment properly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
