Job summary

QBE, LLC in FT Jackson, SC seeks a VTC/AV Engineer to engineer, administer, and sustain enterprise video teleconferencing infrastructure across NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and JWICS enclaves, including secure VTC and room system integrations. The role covers site surveys, installation, and STIG/RMF compliance.

The engineer will provide Tier II/III support, ensure service readiness, and support secure VTC on classified networks. Travel up to 15% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years supporting enterprise AV/VTC systems in conference rooms or events.
• Active U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain TS/SCI eligibility.
• Must have DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level I baseline certification prior to cybersecurity duties.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, administer, and maintain VTC infrastructure across enclaves (bridges, servers, Expressway, room codecs).
• Lead site surveys and VTC room designs for new locations and refreshes.
• Provide Tier II/III engineering resolution for escalated VTC incidents and monitor service readiness.
