QBE, LLC is seeking a VTC Engineer to own and sustain secure enterprise video collaboration across DoW networks, including SIPRNet and JWICS. You will manage bridges, room codecs, and management platforms, and ensure STIG/RMF compliance while supporting sensitive executive communications.

The role is onsite in FT Jackson, SC with up to 15% travel. You will contribute to installation projects, site surveys, and incident resolution for VTC infrastructure and related UC systems.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience (4 more years may substitute for the degree).
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with Active TS clearance to start; TS/SCI eligibility may be required later.
• Experience supporting enterprise VTC/AV and room systems in professional environments.
• Hands-on with Cisco/Poly VTC endpoints and CUCM/Expressway/TMS/Webex or Zoom for Government.
• Knowledge of IP networking for VTC (SIP/H.323, QoS, traversal) and basic call troubleshooting.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, travel up to 15%, and support early-morning or weekend events.

Aufgaben

• Engineer, administer, and sustain enterprise VTC across enclaves and integrations.
• Provide Tier II/III engineering support for VTC and voice incidents with CTAs.
• Lead site surveys and room designs; produce findings and PM planning docs.
• Plan, install, configure, and test new or replacement comms equipment.
• Maintain STIG/SRG compliance, firmware baselines, RMF evidence, and eMASS inputs.
• Support secure VTC on SIPRNet/JWICS and provide availability data for metrics.
