Job summary

SkyBridge Tactical LLC is seeking a Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) to support a DoD customer at Naval Base Coronado, San Diego, CA. The CST will monitor secure construction, implement the Construction Security Plan, conduct inspections, and report anomalies to the Site Security Manager.

The role requires active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, at least five years of construction experience (DoD SCIF security exposure helpful), a CST training certificate, and U.S.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required.
• Minimum five years of construction experience; security experience may supplement up to two years when related to DoD SCIF construction or physical security.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid CST training course (40 hours or more) completed.
• Familiarity with ICD/ICS-705 Technical Specifications.
• Ability to perform physical activities for extended periods.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain installation access.

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction workers and personnel inside the secure site to ensure work follows the Construction Security Plan.
• Prepare daily reports documenting construction activity and security observations.
• Provide weekly summaries with photo documentation.
• Document and report security violations and deviations from the Construction Security Plan.
• Support access control procedures and deny unauthorized access to the site.
• Inspect construction materials, finished/unfinished work, personnel, and personal items as directed.
• Support daily opening and closing procedures for the secure site.
• Maintain digital documentation and onsite records.
